About Me.
Originally born and raised in Cleveland, OH.
Graduated from Muskingum University with a BA in Media Production.
College Radio Program Director to Media Specialist.
Going from Slavic Village in the heart of Cleveland, Ohio to 2 hours away in the small village of New Concord in southeast Ohio could be a difficult transition. By the time I turned 18, I quickly assimilated to the college life of Muskingum University, where people and building connections were more important then anything else. I went in thinking I was going to be a journalist and came out with a skillset that included journalistic values and practices, but was more well rounded and gave me an appreciation for all aspects of media consumption.
From radio to television to photography to writing for a website and social media, I have plenty of experience in all things media and marketing
Besides my college work with Orbit Media, my previous positions at McWane Ductile and Combi Packaging, and Grafix Plastics, I also volunteer at the American Legion Post #304 and am an alumni and former Alumni Relations Officer for the Beta Lambda chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, a national music fraternity founded in 1898.
